La stratégie environnementale de The Walt Disney Company a fixé des objectifs ambitieux pour 2030 sur ses 5 piliers : les émissions, l’eau, les déchets, les matériaux et la construction durable.
Garant de la stratégie environnementale de l’entreprise, la Direction de l’Environnement a pour mission de définir et d’élaborer la stratégie environnementale de la destination Disneyland Paris, dans le respect de la réglementation locale.
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Environnement, le Chef de Projet a pour mission de coordonner des projets d’envergure variable sur le thème de la réduction de notre empreinte environnementale.
Il représente le département vis-à-vis des parties prenantes internes. Son rôle est de piloter, prioriser et prioriser les actions et de les mener dans le but de réduire l’impact environnemental de l’entreprise.
Il s’assure également que les projets environnementaux tiennent compte des exigences de l’entreprise.
Principales activités :
Contribuer à l’élaboration et à la mise à jour de la stratégie environnementale au sein de Disneyland Paris et veiller au respect de sa mise en œuvre, être force de proposition et suivre les résultats de l’activité quotidienne en veillant à la satisfaction des clients / visiteurs.
Stratégie environnementale
Évaluation des impacts environnementaux : Analyser les différents procédés et produits afin d’identifier les impacts environnementaux et de définir les axes d’amélioration.
Conception écoresponsable : Collaborer avec les équipes de conception pour intégrer des critères écologiques dès la phase de conception des produits, des services ou des infrastructures.
Veille technologique et réglementaire : Assurer une veille constante sur les avancées technologiques et les évolutions réglementaires dans le domaine de l’éco-conception.
Coordination interne : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements (R&D, Production, Marketing) pour mettre en place des solutions éco-responsables.
Formation et sensibilisation : Sensibiliser aux enjeux de l’éco-conception et dispenser les formations nécessaires à la mise en place de bonnes pratiques.
Communication externe : Participer à la communication externe de l’entreprise en mettant en avant les initiatives d’éco-conception et en répondant aux exigences de transparence environnementale.
Élaborer des stratégies pour atteindre nos objectifs de développement durable. Stratégies pour se concentrer sur la sélection des matériaux et l’innovation des produits.
Coordonner les consultants externes au besoin. Diriger la production d’études et d’évaluations.

Le coordonnateur est responsable des projets sous sa responsabilité, sous la supervision du gestionnaire de l’environnement.

Votre profil :
Formation en BAC+4 / 5 en école d’ingénieur ou de commerce (Environnement, Sciences, Droit)
Vous êtes spécialisé depuis 8 à 10 ans dans l’expertise, le conseil et la gestion de projets en matière environnementale et réglementaire.

Expertise Empreinte Carbone ADEME & GHG Protocole, Méthodologie
Langues (lu / écrit / parlé) : Français courant (C1) et anglais intermédiaire / avancé (B2) avec d’excellentes compétences rédactionnelles (notes de synthèse en français / anglais et présentations Powerpoint) (lignes directrices, SOP en français et en anglais).
Des connaissances juridiques ainsi qu’une connaissance du contexte international au niveau de l’environnement (Lois AGEC, Climat et Résilience, ELAN, ODD, GIEC) sont requises

Reporting to the Environment Manager, the Project Manager's mission is to coordinate projects of varying scale on the theme of reducing our environmental footprint.
He represents the department vis-à-vis internal stakeholders. Its role is to drive, prioritize and prioritize actions and carry it out with the aim of reducing the company's environmental impact.
He also ensures that environmental projects take into account the company's requirements.
Main activities :
Contribute to the development and updating of the environmental strategy within Disneyland Paris and ensure compliance with its implementation, be a source of proposals and monitor the results of the daily activity by ensuring the satisfaction of customers / visitors.
Environment Strategy
Environmental impact assessment : Analyze the different processes and products to identify environmental impacts and define areas for improvement.
Eco-responsible design : Collaborate with design teams to integrate ecological criteria from the design phase of products, services, or infrastructure.
Technological and regulatory watch : Ensure a constant watch on technological advances and regulatory developments in the field of eco-design.
Internal coordination : Work closely with the different departments (R&D, Production, Marketing) to implement eco-responsible solutions.
Training and awareness-raising : Raise awareness of the challenges of eco-design and provide the necessary training for the implementation of good practices.
External communication : Participate in the company's external communication by highlighting eco-design initiatives and meeting environmental transparency requirements.
Develop strategies to achieve our Sustainable Development Goals. Strategies to focus on material selection and product innovation.
Coordinate external consultants as required. Lead the production of studies and evaluations.

Your profile :
Training in BAC + 4 / 5 in Engineering or Business School (Environment, Science, Law)
You have been specialized for 8 to 10 years in expertise, consulting and project management in environmental and regulatory matters.

Languages (Read / Written / Spoken) : Fluent French (C1) and Intermediate / Advanced English (B2) with excellent writing skills (summary notes in French / English and Powerpoint presentations) (Guidelines, SOPs in French and English).
Legal knowledge as well as knowledge of the international context at the level of the environment (AGEC Laws, Climate and Resilience, ELAN, SDG, IPCC) are required
